01 -Pre-Project

The Complete Definition of Needs

At Syvrac, every project begins with a detailed implementation study, conducted in collaboration with the client. This crucial phase allows for the precise definition of needs, analysis of space and environmental constraints, and optimization of the powder process equipment configuration before ordering.

Our teams perform the initial calculations for structures, capacities, and flows, integrating security, ATEX, and traceability requirements. Thanks to our rigorous approach, we guarantee a smooth and efficient integration of raw material storage and transfer solutions into every industrial site.

02 – Design

Custom Engineering and Cutting-Edge Tools

Our equipment is designed in close collaboration between our clients and our internal design office to provide a precise technical response to powder storage and handling issues.

We use latest-generation 3D software to ensure the mechanical resistance of silos and tanks, as well as millimetre-precise integration into the client’s environment.

Our ATEX design experts guarantee the conformity of installations in explosive environments. Additionally, we perform a 3D scan of implementation zones if necessary, to integrate our equipment into its existing environment, thereby avoiding any structural interference and facilitating assembly.

03 – Manufacturing & Pre-Assembly

Preparation and Quality Control in the Workshop

Before any on-site installation, Syvrac carries out a complete pre-assembly in its workshops. This step includes the mechanical assembly of the equipment, electrical pre-wiring, as well as rigorous quality checks on dimensions and correct process functioning.

Our teams also perform FAT (Factory Acceptance Tests) to validate the conformity of the equipment before shipment. Simultaneously, we meticulously prepare the worksite: intervention planning, safety, logistics, and optimization of the assembly steps.

Effective upstream preparation guarantees a well-managed worksite and a seamless installation.

04 – Transport and Conveying

Transport Security

Our company manages all operations for the exceptional transport of storage silos, from planning to final delivery. Transport is carried out either by our own specialized teams or under the supervision of an experienced logistics manager, who coordinates local carriers.

We ensure that every silo is transported safely, in compliance with current regulations, and delivered within the specified timeframes. Upon delivery, we ensure the precise positioning of the silos and assist our clients for optimal on-site integration.

05 – Installation and Commissioning

Comprehensive Support

Syvrac takes charge of the entire worksite, from equipment assembly to commissioning. Installation is carried out either by our own assembly teams or under the supervision of a Syvrac site manager, who coordinates local fitters.

We ensure that each element is correctly installed, connected, and tested. During commissioning, we perform adjustments under real-life conditions and support the operators for optimal handover of the equipment.
